What formats can I order?+
Every design is available as an unframed print, a framed print in black, white or oak, or a high-resolution digital file.
How long does delivery take?+
Orders dispatch within 2–3 working days. Delivery is usually 2–3 days in the UK, 3–4 days in the USA and 7–10 days worldwide.
Do you ship worldwide?+
Yes. We print locally where possible and ship globally with tracking.
What quality are the prints?+
Professional archival-quality inks on heavyweight 200gsm+ FSC-certified paper, with matte, satin or gloss finishes.
How do digital files work?+
High-resolution PNG, PDF and JPEG files in multiple aspect ratios are emailed within 24 hours. Nothing physical is shipped.
Do framed prints arrive ready to hang?+
Yes. Framed pieces arrive fully assembled and carefully finished, ready for mounting.
What is your returns policy?+
Physical prints have a 30-day return window. Digital files are non-refundable after delivery.
